He assembled an experienced REI team when he realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate services and solutions. He wants his customers to get the best service and be 100% confident and comfortable throughout their entire process. To do that, he brings a Kingdom mindset to deliver the best in education, compassion, and quality customer service to this business under one roof! Jacob has a passion for buying houses. At the age of 21 he started off with a simple Real Estate Podcast called "Real Estate Money Talk" where he was able to interview other professionals within REI. Through their successes and failures he was able to learn how to be the best he could be. He has a knack for finding and attracting properties whose values have the potential to increase exponentially! It also means he has an understanding and awareness for win-win-win opportunities. He also uses his resources for connections to contractors, Title companies, and anyone else we might need to buy at a fair market value and sell for a profit! He has Kingdom instincts when it comes to prospecting and marketing. Jacob also serves as a youth pastor at his local church and thrives on imparting his wisdom, confidence, and life experiences on to the next generation!

Unlike the traditional investor, the bottom line is not how much I can make in the process, rather how much can I give in the process. Quite often our end-buyers acquire significant equity in their house purchase. Somehow by doing this, the Lord rewards us even more. We are in this business to prosper, but not just for ourselves. This is the way of the Kingdom.
